CHEESE STICKS

Serves 4
1 - 8 ounce block Mozzarella cheese, cut into 16 sticks
2 ounces pork skins, crushed
2 teaspoons Kraft Parm Plus (zesty red pepper)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 large egg
oil for deep frying
Using a deep skillet, heat about 1" oil til very hot.
While oil is heating, mix pork rinds, Parm Plus, garlic powder and pepper in a medium size bowl, set aside. Whip egg in small bowl.
Dip sticks in egg, then roll in pork rind mixture, making sure to get an even amount of the rinds on all the sticks.
Deep fry the sticks til the coating is golden brown.
